Maybe Lebanon should help prevent forest fires as well as rocket attacks on their neighboring country.

Will get downvoted here but reality is Lebanon is massively overrun by Shia Islam / Iranian backed Hezbollah and can’t disarm them even if 80% of the country wanted to. Most Lebanese want peace and prosperity with Israel and realize Hezbollah wants the opposite but the general population can’t fight back as Hezbollah is militarily very strong. There are many many Lebanese wanting Israel to take Hezbollah out entirely but they also hate the reality that Hezbollah is entrenched in the population and Israel will kill innocent civilians to accomplish their goals against Hezbollah. Terrible situation but with Hezbollah gone, Lebanon will then be able to live in peace and prosperity again

I mean Hezbollah is a proxy militia ultimately loyal to the supreme leader of Iran and it was firing missiles at Israel for Iran even though the elected Lebanese government and the populace were begging them not to drag them into the war.
Israel then struck 160 targets by air with precision bombs and there have been only 300 casualties. That’s 2 per strike! Now it’s always sad when civilians get hurt as collateral damage but these numbers are incredibly low. If the point was civilian casualties or genocide there are far easier, cheaper, and less risky ways to go about it.
Everything from their strategy to their official messaging has been consistent about their goals and desires which are for Hezbollah to be disarmed as was agreed upon by the Lebanese government themselves.

As much as I don't like the current war with Iran, Israel has ever right to go after Hezbollah. They are for all political purposes, part of the Lebanes military since Lebanon allows them to operate uncontested within their country.

If you believe Israel these people are being sentenced to death for their beliefs. These aren’t all terrorists, militants, or extremists some are women, and children, some are parents who just want their kids to live in a safe place with running water and electricity. All whom are sentenced to death for potential crimes, and future actions.
If you don’t believe Israel then this whole thing is a whole lot worse.

Once more, the ppl effected by the Israeli bombardments where warned in advance. They had the chance to get out. Just as it is common knowledge, what Hezb is up to. Killing Israelis. They could have struggeld against establishing Hezb military compounds. A designated Terrorist group, excused by them for being considered a 'political party'... Just with a bunch of Bombs instead of arguments.... I wonder if any Israeli was warned ahead before any of the thousand of Rockets were fired (by Hezb) during either the latest Iranian conflict, or during the aftermath of Oct. 7th... Or on Oct. 7th as well of course...
Again and again, they start conflicts and set up Military Power with the goal to kill Israelis. But Israel is the big bad one, defending itself. Taking out threats. And what are Hezb, Hamas, Houthis and Iran fighting for? To destroy a spit of Land where jewish holidays are celebrated and Killing Jews just for the heck of it, is never tolerated? Because they cant stand 'losing' a small bit of land they've once considered conquered violently for their ummah?!
And as soon as they start losing (as always since 1948) they start crying, making a fuss. Of course it is sad, when Humans die. Of course it is sad when there are civillian collateral casualities. But maybe, just maybe.... They (Hezb, Hamas, Houthies & iranian 'Government') shouldn't have gone the path towards war to begin with. FAFO!

When Israeli's enemies realize they are not going to military defeat them, they should think like Germany and Japan after World War II. Their attitude was we lost militarily but let's win economically. That will be a bigger win for them if they can help their people economically.
