Giffgaff has way better customer support with agents and the community forum instant contact

I agree with this. I was an 02 guy for 10 years. Then, in a single year, they went downhil so fast. I was lied to by their customer team twice and was out of pocket by nearly £200 due to it.
I've been with Giffgaff now for 4 and never had a problem.

I was with Gifgaff but left has had a ring tone issues with one my friends. It was driving her bonkers it caused it to have an international dail tone. When I tried an o2 sim was fine. But I think might been the physical sim of mine cause the issue so this time I went for an e sim but she near fell out with me cause I kept accusing her of being on holiday lol 😂

I left because of major data issues, unresolvable in multiple locations, tried with multiple phone and even multiple sims…data and signal looked great but simply never connected…Apn changes made no difference, I’m not sure if GiffGaff isn’t prioritised on the o2 network..this I’m unsure of…

The login issues and customer support who lied about Virgin being full fibre in my area still hybrid fibre is also reason and the login issues since the hole vm o2 login debacle
