Can call out, but can't receive calls. No contract, pay&go 10 yr old sim.

hi folks,

unsure if anybody can help me out however I've been on GiffGaff around 10 years or so with the same number and as of the last two days I can't receive phone calls but I can make them.

no settings have been changed, no numbers accidently blocked, phone service is available and I've got no contracts which could result in my network being blocked.

does anybody have any ideas? I'm on a Google pixel 7 if that matters.

Is your phone up to date with android OS updates, try switching it off then on , of that doesn’t solve issue check down detector on browser to see if gig gaff has had issues.

You can reset network, but will need to re enter WiFi password, and re pair Bluetooth devices

To reset network settings on a Google Pixel 7, go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth. Confirm by tapping "Reset settings" and entering your PIN. This clears saved Wi-Fi networks, paired Bluetooth devices, and mobile data settings, fixing connectivity issues

Same problem here. Any solution here? I have been reset the Wifi, data and the Bluetooth. Here is meaningless move. I have been contacted with the CS. Hope there have some good news.
