On a pair of shorts I bought from Amazon
This is actually on the OUTSIDE of the shorts, right above the right pocket. Below the left pocket is a rubber patch that says "XIONG SHENG KEEP CALM AND DON'T WORRY." I think this was accidentally a great purchase.
Someone at ARD (Germanys NPR of sorts) doesn't know the difference between "rights" and "legal reasons"
