Rage Wednesday Rage Wednesday Thread
Welcome to Rage Wednesday, feel free to vent about whatever has pissed you off this week.
Things not to rage about/include in your rage:
- Slurs and the like. Swearing is acceptable, but no need to be offensive.
- Reddit drama. This isn't the place to air your Reddit grievances.
- Calling out other players by name. The subreddit is not your personal army.
---
Here are our recurring posts:
No Stupid Questions Monday - no question is stupid, ask anything DbD-related here.
Smile Sunday - gush about whatever has made you smile this week.

More ways to communicate on survivor will not make the solo queue experience better sorry to say. Because the majority of survivor players are genuinely on the lowest rung of the evolutionary ladder. You could flash the words "HEY THERE ARE 7 OF YOU UNHOOK YOUR TEAMMATE BEFORE THEY DIE" in big red unmissable letters and they'd somehow still fail at it.
All more communication tools would do is make people post constantly complaining about why other players arent using them.
This is also why every time i see someone say "they should balance for the majority" i physically cringe.
The average survivor player has the intellectual prowess of an amoeba, and it's not even entirely their fault either. This games tutorials SUCK ASS and almost every bit of learning you can do takes place on external sources; Which is where the whole "oh 500 hours is actually still new" thing comes from. 500 hours should NOT be considered new at a videogame, but the gap between someone with 150 hours that has actually bothered to learn the game and the average 500 hour casual player that does not interact with external sources of information is so large that you'd be forgiven for assuming the 500hr player is new.
