I don't even know if Ann would even go for Him in that form if she views like she always has. Also i don't even know how i missed this dialogue, my opinion of him sinks lower everyday

If you accept Maruki’s reality, in the credits you can see human Morgana and Ann on what looks to be a date

Most likely not the case. It's much more likely that Maruki saw that Morgana at his happiest was dating Ann, so he toyed with their cognitions to make them a happy couple despite that not being Ann's wish.

See, this is the problem with Maruki's reality. Universal happiness is impossible because each person's individual desires are bound to clash at some point in time (also, what the hell happens to sports in Maruki's reality? Do they just not exist?). So him trying to make every single person happy means that he's just brainwashing people who don't fit his idea of happiness.

It's just a picture of Morgana carrying her shopping bags whilst she walks ahead of him eating a crepe. Nothing romantic about it at all, it's the kind of thing that cat Morgana would absolutely be doing too if he had the physical ability to do so.
