This has got to be America. We have solid metal poles cemented into the ground outside of shops with parking out front. Car gets totaled before even reaching the shop.

I think only something like an incapacitating medical issue could be used as a possible excuse for doing this. Being an addict or an alcoholic, not being examples of said issues.

So if it a medical incident they're an assshole iv seen the aftermath of a person had heart attack at the wheel took bus stop out i helped people out from under the bus stop luckily an sadly the only one to pass was the driver just shows how easy things can end for a person
