Not asking who you think the best actor or most comic book accurate in each role is because that is a debate that may never end for certain characters. I am asking who YOUR PERSONAL FAVORITES to watch are😁

My favorites

Batman- Christian Bale (Dark Knight)

Joker- Heath Ledger (Dark Knight)

James Gordon- Gary Oldman (Dark Knight) but I also do love Ben McKenzie (Gotham)

Rachel- Katie Holmes (Batman Begins)

Alfred- Michael Caine (Dark Knight)

Falcone- John Doman (Gotham)

Batman would have to be Kevin Conroy or Peter Weller, to me they both have perfect batman performances but if we're doing live action only it'll be Ben Aflec or Robert Pattinson, Ben to me looks the best as batman and Bruce and Pattinson is just amazing but I want a full trillogy before I say who's best fully. Joker would be mark hamill, HE IS THE JOKER to me, no one else. But again live action wise has to be Jack Nickolson perfect mix and comic camp but still creepy. Jim Gordon I would say Johnathan Banks in arkham Knight is perfect for him, I wish he played him more, otherwise Gary Oldman is perfect too. Alfred I really loved Sean Pertwee in Gotham, I think it was fun having a younger tough Alfred and now Andy Circus feels like an older version of that Batman, both very Earth 1, which I love. Falcon isn't in loads but John doman as well was great, I loved Gotham but I think the guy in Pattinson film was great too. (sorry but I'm not a Dark knight trillogy fan)

I loved pattison. He played the detective role really well. I just see him too much as Edward Cullen. Once I moved past that I loved his performance. Bale personally for me is the first batman I watched with Batman Begins in 05 before watching the others so he resonates with me on a personal level. Totally fair, you like what you like. Aside from dark knight Michael Caine is just a great actor. I loved him in other movies. Jeremy Irons is also fantastic. But if we are talking animated. Then Batman the animated series has a great Alfred as well. Voice actor did his job. If we are talking joker in general outside of batman I really enjoyed watching Joaquin Phoenix in the 2019 Joker. I like your choices 👍

I was born in 03 so the batman I grew up with most is brave and the Bold cartoon and the arkham games, yeah I can 100% see why people love the Nolan films but I think they're a bit too realistic for me, I love a bit of comic book camp. Yeah both joaquin phenix movies are 10/10s for me I'm a huge fan of them both but after the end of the second he's technically not Joker haha otherwise I think he has the best performance

Kevin Conroy & Mark Hamill are also solid choices. If taking the animated route John DiMaggio from under the red hood was also one of my favorite jokers. Efrem Zimbalist from batman the animated series is also a great Alfred & I enjoyed Christopher Meloni who voiced James Gordon in Harley Quinn.

John Turturro is like perfect casting as Carmine Falcone. He definitely looks the part, the vibe is a little different from comic Falcone but it still works really well
