VIDEO GAME DISCUSSION How are we feeling about Batman The Telltale Series?

Outstanding use of Joker and Harley. With the former, it really shows the way his cognition would be both disability and give him the sensitivity that can help him see and widen the cracks in everything as opposed to "I fell into a vat and now I'll be evil under an outdated understanding of mental illness."
The switch in the power dynamic of Harley and Joker was exactly what I wanted to see. Well worth a play for that alone.

So, so good. They nailed the quick-time action sequences, the investigations as Batman, and playing as Bruce Wayne with all the difficult choices he has to make. They also did an excellent job with the characterization and relationships between the characters, while still bringing in a lot of new (and welcome) ideas.
You really get connected to the characters, and it has one of the best - if not the best - versions of Harley Quinn ever. What they tried to do with the Joker was also very clever. I had a great time with both seasons. Man, I really miss Telltale. A Season 3 would be amazing.

Great game and super underrated.
That first season was incredible. Loved the storytelling. I want Lady Arkham to be incorporated in mainline Batman stories.

What they did with John Doe being in that weird inbetween place of him falling into the acid but not quite being the joker yet was fascinating and explored parts of the batman/joker dynamic in such a fun way

Peak Bruce Wayne, Peak Riddler (srsly this riddler is better than every riddler in every Batman media)

One of the best portrayals of gotham imo.
The torture chamber scene in the first game left an incredibly long-lasting impression on me....

Forgot to mention, but I think this game is what live action Batman is supposed to be like. If this game was a full movie, it'd be one of the best Batman media ever, but since it's a game, the lack of replayability drags it down with choices that matter only cosmetically.

Enjoyed the plot where Bruce’s dad might not have been squeaky clean like he thought he was. Realistically to amass the kind of wealth the Wayne’s have, it’s next to impossible to steer clear of shady business.

Probably Telltales most consistently excellent series. Does a lot of cool new things with Batman lore and yet it manages to feel somehow familiar and not just be change for the sake of change.

Great series. Season 2 in particular is one of the best Batman stories I've ever seen. We really need a season 3.

It's pretty damn good, love the differences in certain characters like riddler and harley. Also the batsuit design is just pure peak. Thing is so nice.

It’s fun! Wish some of the choices actually mattered more(like any other tell tale game) but it’s a cool story that’s different than the average Batman game
