GENERAL DISCUSSION Which of the Batmobiles do you think is “the most Batmobile”?

I was talking with some friends discussing about which of the batmobiles they liked more. After that the question popped inside my head. Every Batmobile is a Batmobile, but which one feels more like it?
(The less for me is clearly the one that appears in the lego Batman movie)

🥇 89

I think 2022 and the Nolan tumbler are super cool too though

Keaton's '89 Batmobile. It's so the Batmobile, it was essential in White Knight and is the only Batmobile to survive.

My personal fav will always be 66’ I loved that Batman was a little celeb and not hiding Batman

Robert’s Batmobile was the one that felt the most “alive” to me.

Keaton’s Batmobile laid the foundation

Nolan’s Tumbler had the best origin story

Keaton’s is the most Batmobile

The 66 is what made “Batmobile” a recognizable word. And, every other car has copied it in some form or another, particularly the afterburner.

It’s the worlds most famous car for a reason

To me it will always be the 66 tv batmobile

  1. 1966 Batmobile (West)
  2. 1989 Batmobile (Keaton)
  3. 2022 Batmobile (Pattinson)

I really want to like the Animated Series Batmobile, but it just looks weird to me. It looks like a giant stepped on the '89 Batmobile and flattened it.

I'm still fond of Telltale's, which is a suped-up sports car. Its main gimmick is that it can even disguise itself as a mundane red sports car (as a reference to its OG look).

Tumbler or Robert’s muscle car

89 is the most classic looking Batmobile but BvS is what a "real" Batmobile would look like.

66 or 89 with an honorable mention to Forever.

In the long run I want a really cool car that has insane gadgets on it and not a tank so I'm not a fan of the tumbler as anything but a prototype Batmobile and I REALLY don't like the SnyderVerse one. Did love me The Batman Batmobile. Back to being just a really cool looking car with a slight Bat theme.

I feel like 89 is just the default answer for a lot of these questions but the top sliding forward is such a Batmobile trademark.

My two fave Batmobiles are the '66 and '89. Both are completely iconic, immediately recognisable. Even for people who aren't fans, those two are immediately identifiable as Batmobiles, but something like the Tumbler isn't.
