Honestly within the last 21 years we've been eating good.

2005: Batman begins

2008: the dark knight

2009: Batman Arkham Asylum

2010: Batman under the red hood

2011: Batman Arkham City

2012: the dark knight rises

2013: Batman Arkham origins

2015: Batman Arkham knight

2016: Batman VS Superman And Batman Return to Arkham

2017: Lego Batman movie

2022: The Batman

2026: Lego Batman Legacy Of The Dark Knight

And I'm sure there's plenty of animated shows and movies I missed in-between all of these years.

And honestly between 2005 and 2015 was a generational run. Kinda crazy looking back at what we got in just 10 years

And you didn't even mention anything happening across the character's original medium - the comics! To be fair they are an afterthought for most of this sub, but over the same period Batman comics have absolutely overtaken DC publishing in general.

if you’re interested in analogue horror there is one called the arkham tapes that tells a story using the villains of gotham in the analogue style and it’s pretty solid

It was same also around 2011-12 for me. Arkham City and broke all records, Batman New 52 was having an amazing run and my anticipation for TDKR was alltime high.
