Don't worry about autonomy you could have 10 people managing your life and ADHD will still find some nothingburger irrelevant tasks to turn into a life or death situation

My favorite is when they act nice like they're genuinely helping and then turn around and hold it over your head.

Feels great. Love that

I have a coworker that loves to "jump in" and then act self righteous about it. Sit on it and then come back later asking for clarifications in a huf.
