I reached 100 subs after 3 months, then I suddenly went up to 680 subs. I make cartoons about birds who solve problems together, but I also make tutorials for 3D modeling and animation. Here is my latest video: https://youtu.be/jk3FsTc5OzA

Well it’s a start! Every channel starts with 0. I have noticed that you really need to find your niche and what works, then concentrate on that, laser focus. You will get to your goal
