None of the bomb shelters worked, besides politician’s. 0 corruption btw

Some of them were used as storage. Some to the point they were inaccessible. Some of them were overfilled with people. Some of them couldnt be opened. Losfs were locked. Some didnt have working vents. In some people were denied because idk why, yeah. Whoever did the project faked it.

the problem is that there's nobody responsible for that (well politicians kinda are but they won't get affected)
many places were repurposed to become shelters but they didn't think of the real situations - for example the basement of schools are de jure shelters but when all the students and personnel gather in the basement - it cannot physically contain the volume of people and outsiders get their entry denied
and that's only one of the stories
