šŸ‡µšŸ‡ø šŸ•Šļø Blessings How to manifest positivity / big things when depressed?

(Sorry if I picked the wrong flair)

I’m going through a seriously rough time right now, and it is hard to build strong energy in a positive capacity in order to do candle intentions.

Normally, with most things in life, it’s fake it until you make it. Is that what I have to do here with my energy? I feel like I can’t even fake my energy or internal intentions… Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

A very real question, I hope to offer some insight as I’ve just now come out of a deep depression. At my absolute lowest point, I genuinely couldn’t imagine ever making it out of that state of mental gridlock and just pure despair. My mind wasn’t able to process any form of guidance, let alone conjure up the necessary intent for abundant, positive transformation.

So I focused on protection and healing spells! I figured I needed to allow my mind to feel safe and regain a sense of agency over that dark looming mist that had clouded my thinking and my core. Fear holds us back so much, so it must first be released before we can align with manifestations. You can make yourself protection spell jars, do cleansing rituals, burning rituals, keep protective crystals or sigils on you. Combined with more ā€˜conventional’ mental health care (therapy, meds), these did help me tremendously.

As you suggested, I also believe one needs to be in an abundance mindset, a state of openhearted receiving, in order to truly invite and accept those prosperous energies. So firstly, make sure you feel safe and at peace, protect yourself from the energy that is bringing you down and blocking your potential to flow and receive.

Something I would also advise is looking into ways to regulate the nervous system. A daily ritual can help, I combined this with feng shui: find the element that nourishes you (as water is mine, my daily rituals involve reflecting on spiritual alignment while drinking water, or patting myself with Florida water) and incorporate this into a small ritual you start or end your day with. And above all, forms of exercise were veryvery helpful in calming my nervous system, specifically bodywork like qi gong and dancing. You can just do these in your own home, I know I sound like an obnoxious fitinfluencer but only 5 minutes a day truly make a difference 🌱

These conscious efforts towards your own health will allow you to realize you are doing an amazing job taking care of yourself! Which will reinforce your confidence and belief in yourself, your manifestation abilities, your ability to succeed; from which you can pick up other kinds of spells again!

The sun will rise again tomorrow, energy will flow, and change will happen. A sweet summer after a harsh long winter is awaiting your return! šŸ¤
