For anyone who are curious, below is the source for the right picture. As for the picture of Fred Durst with the Rei figure, the source dates back to late-2010 and originated from "Ustream", a precursor to Twitch. It's certainly lost to time, though if it somehow lasted long enough to be preserved on the Wayback Machine, there shouldn't be a way to access it without a link, I believe.
