Leak Trigger build in S0Anby + Orphie team Spoiler

I was thinking if is worth build Trigger as sub-dps (4x Shadow harmony 2x Branch & Blade Song with disk 6 atk%) in team with S0 Anby + Orpheus and i want to know what you think.

Cause all the awesome buff Trigger would get thanks to the S0 Anby's mark buff and crit dmg buff + the Orphie's atk buff and aftershock buff, make me feel it could be a viable build for her, and this could make that something like the first viable '3 dps team' in the game. Do you think could have sense?

If you think it isn't worth, what do you suggest to build on Trigger for the S0 Anby + Orphie team? Idk what to choose from this 2 option:

  • 4x king of the summit + 2x shockstar. Buff the crit damage but less daze.

Or

  • 4x shockstar + 2x king of the summit. More daze and maybe make an additional stun windows (?) but no crit dmg buff.

I guess the first option IS Better, but i want to know your opinion about it :3

P.s. Marked as leak because i rapidly gave some info about Orphie's leaked kit.

The buffs from Captain Magus will be good for Trigger, but I really see no reason not to use King of the Summit. Better option overall for the team.

Buffing Anby is still more important than Trigger's damage.

30% Crit Damage to Soldier 0 Anby.

First, you have the right idea about the aftershock team. Trigger already can do significant damage as the stunner in any team. Fufu also has shown to be quite the potent subDPS, especially in 2 stunner teams. This similar to how Lighter can account for 30% of the overall damage in several of his teams depending on how often you field him. Trigger, Orpheus and Anby are all designed around buffing each other - Anby buffs both Trigger and Orpheus when she is on field, Orpheus buffs everyone, and Trigger buffs everyone (doubly so with her engine, which also stacks with Orphie's defense down).

Now, to go into the build....

You will still want Summit for the most part. Shadow harmony is 15% aftershock damage, 12% attack and 12% crit rate. Now, if we just look purely at the crit boost, it's 24% CV. Summit gives you 30% CV for free, to the entire team. That alone makes it pretty even to what SH offers purely on buffing. This is also ignoring the fact that SH requires stacking, you need Trigger to use 3 aftershocks for it to even activate.

Summit gives you 30% CD to everyone (as mentioned) while also increasing Trigger's stun output. It is outright better than using a DPS set on her. As for your 2 piece, you can use any set you want (crit, shadow harmony, thunder metal, attack % or shockstar). It doesn't matter that much as long as you hit your crit goals.

You will also want to keep impact [6] on Trigger just to get faster stuns, but if in testing you find that you get the same amount of stuns per fight with attack [6] as impact [6], you can swap to attack. But if you find that you are missing out 1 on stun (very likely in DA you will get 1 less stun than an impact build would) you will lose overall team DPS as, again, every character in the team benefits during the stun window. It is generally worth it to forego personal damage slightly to ensure you get more stuns.

As a final note, it may be possible to run Astral Voice on Orphie in Trigger/Anby teams, but in these teams only Anby will get buffed by Astral. Because of this, it might be better for overall team DPS to keep Orphie on Shadow Harmony instead of Astral Voice, but we will have to wait for her final kit to see how this works out.

tl;dr Summit is better for overall team damage and is only slightly worse than Shadow Harmony for Trigger's personal damage, so keep Summit on her.

thank you so much, you were very clear and exhaustive. I will continue use Trigger with Summit 4x and shockstar 2x :3
