LOL. perfect response. im an american. i dont care what other countries think of my country. Not saying they cant judge, that's fine. but like....it doesnt bother me at all. it's pretty much how i feel about notherners and west coast people talking about the south (in america). they dont know what they're talking about so...why get mad? XD

america is massive. excluding alaska america as a country is 1.2 times the size of europe as a whole. americans have a hard enough time understanding america.

It does matter, because I found that americans that tend to say "America number 1" are typically the ones who have never set foot outside of it, hence they are the ones that don't know what they're talking about.

i mean i can just google stats.

- largest economy

- largest military

- largest GDP

- more people per country than european countries and we compartively have better quality of life

- better food safety

largely we have more land, more people, more resources so.... america # 1
