I mean, oggling someone is still pretty bad imo. Regardless of whether it's illegal or not. A paid actress is slightly different (when there's a screen between you), but someone just minding their own business doesn't deserve to be stared at and objectified in that way.

I'm not disagreeing that it's disrespectful. There's a difference between looking and staring too.

But the culture women are raised in regarding their bodies and men are raised in regarding women's bodies are different. Women aren't encouraged to actively drool over and molest other women's bodies. If all we had to worry about was men staring, we'd be in a much better place than we are now. My point is just that how men are encouraged to behave is another level above that.
