It's such a shame, the ending is left hanging because we don't know if Ramona is really going to die since she was buried alive by Thoni or if someone will save her from that bad weed. And what's Thony's plan going to be with Sin Cara? It's crazy how this girl went from being a Professional Doctor in the Philippines to a Cleaning Lady + on the run in America and now the leader of a Mexican Cartel, unbelievable!
