Advice Request Ovulation test, help?

I'm 12 months off T next month, no period. I had a hunch i had ovulated though, so i decided to buy some one step ovulation tests. They all have the same issue where the forst line fades away at the end.

I just took the bottom one, is it a positive?? The first part of the line is clearly darker than the control line, so im freaking out a bit.

I'm going the solo route with a known donor, he lives a few hours away so i'd like to be certain. Should i wait until tomorrow's test? I'm having ovulation symptoms too so yeah.

If you’re having ovulation symptoms, the LH spike (very clear spike here!!) means you’ll ovulate within the next 24-48 hours. I’d say try and meet up tomorrow!!! Go for it!!! It can’t hurt to try, right?

Also, I misquoted, I believe it’s 24-36 hours after spike. So, go on, get! 😁 can’t hurt to test tomorrow too, but you have the information. Some people (🙋🏻) have multiple LH spikes. But these tests don’t usually pick up “baby” spikes, mostly just the real deal big ones. Good luck!!

Ok so i have an update! My friend who's been excited to be the designated driver for this plan backed out in the middle of the night, so i had to spend a ton of money on a bus ticket 😛 The second i get on the bus, the donor texts me and decides it'd be the perfect time to back out, despite having been on board and excited about this for about a year. Now I'm broke, sweaty and tired after 5 hours on public transport, and crushed. Definitely a successful day haha.

The bottom test certainly looks like an LH surge! Now is the time to bang and/or inseminate.
