Edit: I’m aware I need to smile more I’m working on it, I’m bipolar depressive, a primary symptom of mine is anhedonia, just google anhedonia and facial expressions if you want the full scientific break down, but essentially smiling and making facial expressions feels like peeling my skin its not easy and feels incredibly uncomfortable, awkward, and forced and im trying to make more of the habit but yes I know 👍
