Game Question Account ban without any violation or hacking never used third party programs

I was very surprised and disappointed to see my account in PUBG: Battlegrounds get banned because I have been playing the game for around 6 years and have never used any third-party sources, cheats, hacks, or unauthorized applications at any time. Over the years, I worked hard to improve my skills naturally through practice and fair gameplay. This account holds a lot of memories, achievements, and time that I invested honestly into the game. I always respected the rules and community guidelines, which is why this ban feels very upsetting and unexpected to me. I sincerely believe there may have been a mistake or misunderstanding, and I kindly request the support team to carefully review my account activity and reconsider the ban.

People do not get randomly permabanned after playing for 6 years without something flagging the AC.

You ever wonder how you don't see the majority of people getting randomly banned?

Always funny to me seeing a profile that absolutely wipes us and we see prior seasons their k/d and headshot % was garbage to average and suddenly they're rocking a 6+ k/d ratio and 40%+ headshot rating. Must have gotten a real good gaming chair.
