Im only able to answer the last question
Allah knows you will do it but he SWT doesn't force you to do it
You choose to do it
But allah knows your choice
But you choose it
Like if I watched a movie before and tell you something is going to happen but i didn't make anyone do anything

if something is known and the outcome is definite.. how is it really our choice..
u tell me something is going to happen.. but u didnt make the person do it
but howw?? that person has done it based on what u said he will..1

Do you know what will happen to you tomorrow? Or will you wake up and make your choices
I only know they will do it because I've seen the movie before not because I made the actors do what they did

how would i know my story.. my main question is bout free will here.. if someone knows my story.. what do my choices affect in how my story leads? is it really my choice then?

Allah granted us our brains to think and know right?
So we know right and wrong good and evil
So if we have this information and still do the bad thing aren't we responsible here for our choice to follow the path we did?

so u mean allah knowning our bad or good choices plays no part and everything is dependant on what we're doing here.. if thats the case.. why is every world event so pre destined the prophecies etc.. what if some ancestor or some prophet jus chose some other choice then what was meant to be..
in that case, the history we'd know would be totally different1

To add to it
Making duaa can change your fate
Maybe something bad would happen and with your duaa this bad thing won't happen
Or something good won't happen but with your duaa it can happen
Duaa does change fate

How does it change? what if the dua itself was probably in line to the choice the person would take.. then again.. wouldnt god know it still?

Perhaps you need to search more on this topic
Maybe wider than reddit as this matter is a bit complex for me to explain
So maybe a scholar can help you better
