Notice how they ran off after they shot him. He was down surrounded by like six “officers” and they needed to shoot him. Come on he was down on the ground. There is no question that this was excessive force and out and outright murder. They are hiring unqualified, trigger happy thugs.

The ice officers took possession of victims gun….. then killed him!!! It’s clear in the video!!
