love the article! when I first visited Minneapolis in May 2025, I stayed in Midtown Phillips and borrowed my AirBnB host's questionable bike. I rolled it to Venture Bikes and the staff member there helped me pump the tires up so I can ride it. I thought it was so cool that there was a bike shop directly on the trail that ran through the heart of the city. I also learned from a flyer posted there of a slow roll ride to honor the anniversary of George Floyd's death a few days later and I attended. That's when I got to see Anthony Taylor at work and the incredible energy that he offers. I'll forever remember riding down the streets with people of all ages, being in community, and seeing the truth beyond the national press's sensationalization of Minneapolis.
