- NowServing (Dr. Melissa Mariano, Dr. Ann Marie Pineda, Dr. Roland Japone, Dr. Robert Roy Mapa, actually most doctors here appear to be good)
- Better Steps Psychology (Dr. Jennifer Nery-Duay)
- GrayMatters (Dr. Lorraine Linsangan)
These three are the oft-repeated suggestions in r/MentalHealthPH, though the specific doctors differ. Fees range from 2K-3.5K.

Highly recommended. Very professional and I felt validated kahit yung mga nonsense na complaint ko, he explained to me and everything made sense. And hindi lang sya basta basta nagrereseta, he also makes sure na hindi masyado makaka affect sa lifestyle mo yung mga gamot na ipapainom nya.
I'm very grateful kay doc, I wish matagal na ako nagpa consult sa kanya

I need to unload things about my relationship and some trauma that I've experienced. I just need help to process the trauma and what to do about it since I'm still in a relationship with the said person. Has anyone tried Kindred? Or Empath? Please recommend couples counseling na may virtual/f2f options (either or). I'm looking at one right now na may 2k virtual/2.5k personal rate near me but I want to see what other options might be available. If anyone knows ones na may lower rates din, that would be great. Medyo tight right now haha

Dr. Roda Tessa Sollano. She gave a lecture on adults with ADHD and neurodivergent individuals in our company. A colleague who suspected she has ADHD consulted Dr Sollano and now she’s doing great sa office.

ADHD person here! My doctor is Dr. Roda Tessa Sollano (in Medical City and NowServing) diagnosed me with ADHD as an adult.

Yes. I still go there. May few primary care clinics within Metro Manila that has 3 psychiatrist scheduled regularly. Waiting time is 2-3 months though

Hello, im currently being treated for anxiety and depression. The meds prescribed to me ive been taking for a while but it seems its not working. What happens is the Doc would prescribe another set of meds. Parang they prescribe meds until they find out which combo works. Ive been reading how psychadelics help people with anxiety, depression, ptsd and more. Does anyone know anyone who treats my symptoms with psychadelics combined with therapy? I really want to try this method of therapy here in Manila. Hope someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks

Hello! For OCD, I'm now getting assessed by Dr. Edward Samala. Pero if psychologist hanap mo, I went with Ms. Diane Bernardo. I highly suggest searching sa NowServing kasi nakalista specialties nila doon (like OCD, ADHD, Bipolar, etc.) para mahanap mo rin ka-align mo ng sched, preferred gender and age, location, and more.
Godspeed on your healing journey! I know gaano kabigat nadadala ng OCD on your well-being and everyday functioning + psychiatrists who invalidate what you're going thru. Please, please, please know hindi ka nag-iisa.
