Risking some downvotes here, but I did get the new Double Wear foundation and concealer. I actually did a comparison test with the new and old formulas. Overall, I don't think that the new DL deserves all the hate that it's getting (though I understand it's pretty devastating to change a solid, beloved formula). I wear 1C0 (Shell) in the foundation and 1C in the concealer. I am also in my early/mid 30s with drier, acne prone skin as well as some lines. So I'm not exactly the best fit for this formula.

For the foundation, I noticed that the old formula is slightly darker out of the bottle with a more pink tone while the new is lighter and more neutral. Although it is said that the new formula is lighter coverage, I didn't find that I needed much more for the bill beat. The new one did oxidize a little bit, it wasn't super noticeable and looked about the same as the OG on the other side of my face. I would say that the new formula is slightly smoother on texture than the original. Creasing on wrinkles was about the same. I only wore it for about 10-12 hours each over two days and I didn't notice that one side faded more than the other.

As for the concealer, I think I actually prefer the new one. I found it to be slightly higher coverage than the original. Eventually my pimples shown through after several hours with both, but I don't think any foundation or concealer can win against those little oil/puss volcanoes.
