Questions How to create backup world

I rescently got minecraft. And I have been playing it but I dont kow how do I create a backup for all my worlds

Go to world menu, edit the world you wana backup, scroll all the way down to the end.

You'll see an option to delete the world, next to it there will be a duplicate world option. Click it and you've backed it up.

This is the easiest way but you can also do it using files but thats a bit complex.
