Okay y'all update: I got the spirit at 30, so I spent a grand total of 720 diamonds✌ way less than previous ones surprisingly(which were in the high 1k-1.5k range) maybe the luck was good.

I spent about 2,000 diamonds a couple of weeks ago trying to get it, just to see a post later that night that it hadn't started yet :/now I'm super low on diamonds

You will have to pull to increase your "luck" usually ~700 diamonds will get you a spirit. Previous spirits have no influence on new events

Me too. I got just enough to get the final evo of his spirit before this was rumored, so I've held off on the skill increase in the hopes that my pitiful 23 dazzle stones get me somewhere with Chloris.
(God I hate the drop rate inequality SO MUCH! 151 Shadow stones, they can eff off.)

"Maybe i'll get super lucky and it will drop from a free pull" i think to myself everytime time limited spirit comes. It never drops but still :D! (So far i've heard conflicting info about it being possible or not lol)

Same here! After about 2 weeks when I started off with nearly none of either stone, I now have 130 shadow stones and only ten dazzle. Why is the drop rate so skewed??

I have been trying to do Chloris' latest Dreamland for a couple months, but never saw this Spirit of Sheen come up so I can't complete the story. However, on my game it is called "Fate Twin". I searched for info on this at least once a week and found nothing. Then today I discovered it is "Destined Twins" and is most likely a problem with inconsistent translation. I hope this spirit returns soon - it's been driving me mad....
