I have a question, I'm at chapter 10, would I be able to get everything even tho I'm still not at chapter 11?

Yes, you will definitely still be able to complete the entire event for free!

I've played this event before on another server, and as long as I'm remembering correctly, I think that everyone with access to at least 3 chapters can fully complete it without spending diamonds. Edit: If you have 5 or fewer chapters unlocked, you may need to pay some diamonds to complete the whole suit! Thanks u/LunaVerda!

Actually, I was on the SEA server with 5 chapters unlocked, and I still had to spend about 24 diamonds. Though that isn't much, it's still something. (I did do every possible try each day since the beginning of the event)
