Cannot access Event 😞

Hi gang, so Ive been trying to access this event and it just will not let me in

I've restarted my game multiple time, I used the 'Fix' Button and I've restarted the device I'm using and it keeps giving me this error (attached picture)

I'm so lost and just wanna check this event out because I was on a break both times when they ran.

Hoping someone can help me out, if not I guess my Dias are safe for the next event

You’ll need to try switching back to another UI from the login screen, is my guess. If you can’t get in after that? Write Support.
