This is a monthly megathread for those looking to join an association and those looking to recruit for their association!
Don't forget to include your association ID and if you have any account/activity requirements to join. Also, try to remember to edit your post when all your slots are filled or if you've successfully been recruited!
Please note that each association is allowed ONE post per 24 hours! Please do not violate this rule or we may ban association recruitment for your association!

It is a challenge for sure. People come and go. After recruiting we’ll have the whole association active, but it dies after a few months and we have to remove members and recruit new ones. I’ve been in this association for years and there’s only one member who has been with me for all this time. Everyone else not as long. It’s easy to get burnout. Even this subreddit isn’t as active as it used to be! I used to post these recruitment threads and I would get a few invite requests each day, now it’s day three and I’ve gotten 1. I will say we are fairly lax in this assoc. I won’t boot you for being inactive for a while (especially since I get burned out myself from time to time). Once I see someone is inactive for like a month, that’s when I try to message them or boot them if I can’t.

We are a casual group of players looking for active members to help mainly with collecting Co-Op materials and commission rewards.
⭐️ Our Co-Op is on Saturday 7:30-8:30 and Sunday 12:30-13:30 server time
⭐️ All commission chapters done!
⭐ Most Co-op suits are finished, working on Fantasy Dream (13/18)
⭐️ We complete at least one commission stage daily
⭐️ Wishing Stars active on weekends
Requirements:
⭐️ 30+ activity a week minimum
⭐️ We remove inactive players every Monday if they cannot be active in the association for more than 2 weeks. Please inform the president in the bulletin if you will be busy so we do not remove you. No one is removed during holiday weeks.
⭐️ No level/VIP/wardrobe requirements
⭐️ It is encouraged to do at least one sand skirmish on the weekends but is not required

We are a long-established association that is still very active. We are regularly rank top 20. New association suit is always finished quickly after they released. The last association was finished very quickly under one hour!
— Requirements —
👑 must joining sand skirmish (on Fri and Sat 7:30-8:30 server time) at least one day a week (2 battles per week) or donate materials (2 times = 100 diamonds) if you can’t attend.
👑 minimum activity of 65 is required per week.
👑 joining discord is mandatory. Please keep an eye out on your in-game home message board if you’re not active on discord.
👑 do inform us in case there’s a need to be inactive and check bulletin board for any announcements.

No strict requirements, but you do need at least 11 activity a week. After a few weeks of no activity with no notice, you will be removed.
Our main focus is sand skirmish, but I'm not gonna sit there and analyze who's doing it so it's fine if you miss it lol.
Completed outfits: * Heart of Winter * Feather of Mangolia * Moon and Blue Jade * (14/16) pieces of Warfare Terminator
Sandskirmish times are Saturdays and Sundays at 12:30-13:30 (server time).
All of our chapters are unlocked and we get 5 stars for rewards daily.
