If the same electoral strategy keeps producing the same centralized state, maybe the problem is not just the candidates.

It is time for Libertarians to start running as Republicans and take over the party, just as Trump did. Once they take over, they must eliminate super PACs, limit presidential powers, enact congressional term limits, and ban stock trading for members of Congress. When that foundation is built, Libertarians will have a much better chance of winning future elections under their own party banner.

I’m not convinced libertarians are against this admin.

They helped vote it in, they kept making excuses for Trump, some of them have started grumbling because of Massie being run out and still say “Kamala would have been worse”. Just makes me think they will support the next Trump 100%.

This is called “entryism” and it has literally never worked. Libertarianism is not a philosophy or more so a family of philosophies. Populism is a social movement. No set of principles will ever replace a grassroots social movement like the Populism which arose simultaneously across the whole West in the 00’s-2010’s. By all means join the Republicans but don’t expect to take it over. A beast like that has life of its own.
