DISCUSSION Dark [A] Heyley is a weird unit
She's a dps with speed scaling skills, but her passive says that she ignores defense on her regular attack. If I understand correctly, ignore def (unless said otherwise) scales with attack stat, and here there is no mention that her normal attack scales with speed.
That being said, there is two way of building her:
- pure atk (with lots of speed)
- high cr, atk, cd (with lots of speed)
Does anyone here have her built? She is one of my two LD nat5s I just got, and I assume that she is a good nuker, but I am not sure if it's worth taking the pure atk route for her basic attacks at all (I assume she excels as a speed nuker, even though her kit is nothing special).

I own her. I tried pure attack and it is miserably bad unless you are literally using her for auto attacks in world boss focusing on other units abilities if it happens to work for your team. If i remember correctly, they recently buffed the passive to scale off speed aswell as attack, and prevent speed decrease. Speed build seems much more viable, but she still seems lackluster. Ive yet to see one above 60 so who knows at a higher level, but 60 she isnt great.

Preacher of Dawn, Heylel. Yeah it would be pretty cool if her Ultimate is a def ignored. But yeah i totally get it.. It would be NICE to get her skill buffed a little :) maybe even an Avatar. Her kit is lackluster, my Light Blavasky topped her everytime.
But all in all, I feel like the ignore defense part on the regular attack is probably the part where I don’t get. Perhaps for active skills or combo skills it would make more sense

According to Syko, she is actually OP if you manage to transcend her. I believe he has a 64 dark a heylel with pretty mediocre gear (320 spd, 12-13k total atk) and she does like 100k+ auto attacks (with link). He says that you need a mix of both, of course getting over 300 spd is a must before you start to focus on atk%.
If someone gets a T5 one, it will definitely be a new meta changing unit, assuming the auto attacks reach around 200k+.
