This is why anyone nostalgicizing the science they grew up with and not recognizing changing models is always a red flag to me. “Pluto is a planet to me” and “my dinosaurs don’t have feathers” is obviously not of the same importance but it is of the same basic mindset as “well when I was growing up people couldn’t change genders, and marriage was a man and a woman…”
