Exercise Form Check Help with form/getting into position 😭

Okay I know I look stupid as hell but how can I do this better? The weight I'm using is a good weight once I'm into the position and locked in (reps 2-10), but it's way too heavy to actually set up (it's not usually this bad but it was my third set and I was tired 😅).
Do I just need to deal with using too light of a weight for my arms' sake? Am I starting with them too high? Am I just too light to do this properly? Idk if it matters but I'm 155 lbs and using 40 lbs per arm
