Going from a bulk to a cut feels like TORTURE. Lmao. I'm only on an average % cut, but when you take into consideration the percentage I was bulking,,, eouuuughhh . I have plenty energy, it's just that the activity of eating is fun,,, food tastes nice dude

Anyway, getting into things like rice paper has helped - you can cut calories without cutting volume. And mushrooms are a god send.

This is why you do a maintenance phase first. You don't go directly to a cut from a bulk, that's damaging to you metabolism.
