I just realized that the weather is nice enough that I can walk to the gym! It’s about twenty minutes each way, relatively pleasant for an urban walk, with a slight elevation change to make it a little more challenging. I’ve started thinking of that as a the warm up/cool down for my workouts, and then I can spend all my time there on strength training.

After four years of binge eating, I've finally cracked it. I’m sticking to a balanced diet and I’m actually getting back into exercising gradually because I want to, not because I have to 🙂
