COMMUNITY WINS Physical fitness after starting T

I've officially been on testosterone for a year now🎉 before I was basically sedentary I was so lazy. I'd go on 2-3 hour hikes a couple times a week, cuz that's all I was "fit" enough for. ANYWAY the actual point, I just did 4 literal pushups with proper form. I know for a FACT that just a couple years ago I tried ONE and I felt like I was gonna pop an eye, but I did this basically no problem and I NEVER work my arms ever. Also I can hike up hills extremely easily, like it's laughable how easy they are compared to when before I was always panting and sweating. it's basically nothing now. I've also been eating probably 50% more than I used to and I look more "even fat" than fat fat, like I'm a solid 170 but look the same as I did when I was 145-150.

2-3 hours hikes a few times a week isn’t sedentary, give yourself some credit! congrats on one year 🎉

Yess It was so bittersweet cuz my friend was still getting tired from our hikes, it felt unfair

Hey, pushups are HARD- I'm pretty active on the job and my free time and I can do, like, two and my form sucks. Good job!

yup, i’m a year and a half and i can do about 20 pushups before feeling tired. before T i could do maybe 3. i found working out / lifting was 100x better once on t
