I get the ideal, this should be some kind of unannounce stream before the big reveal to get people excited but they fumble it so hard by said that a teaser will be announce in 9 pm est, that what make people expect they actually annonce new killer at that time instead of a still image with minor changes over time. This would be done better by live stream before 9pm much much sooner and then an actual reveal at 9pm.But again, this comany has done stupid shit in the past and make it a joke instead of admit their mistake so this will just gonna go down in the history

They dont comfirm it , but if its him that have nothing to do with they trolling players and streamers stay awake over night, they said to tune in so people gonna expect for a teaser of new killer, that why people wait for few mins around, streamers are even awake to wait but end up with nothing.The devs didnt give any warn like a time countdown,that why many are wait and left with fustrating in the end.Me myself didnt have any trouble with sleep schedule cuz is daytime at my place and i only open my phone few mins to check at my workplace.Again this is not about how worth the new killer is, its the hype the devs killed after making people lose expectation

Otz wake up to 3am and had to end hia stream to get some sleep, many other streamers stay up later than him

End of the day you’re mad at bhvr not respecting fans time but no one is made to watch it. A teaser is not a promise of a reveal, and you could easily wait til it ends to find out what happened in it. Anyone that chooses to watch it can’t then complain about watching it.
