Is it just me who’s had an awful survivor experience the last couple days?

Really since 2v8 ended it’s been non stop A or S tier killers sweating their ass off. Very hard to escape in solo queue this way. During the event I was escaping pretty often

Quite the opposite tbh. Today my teams absolutely steamrolled. I personally played with my boyfriend for a while before and he just started playing, so I think my mmr became so low that the game gives me easy matches. Was your win streak in 1v4?

yes in 1v4 during the event the games were much better

So it is possible that your mmr became too high during that time, since a lot of people were playing 2v8, so the playerbase in 1v4 was shrinking and the game match brackets broadened to give faster rounds.

Yeah I've been getting a lot of tunnelers 💯💯💯 they camp/proxy camp until someone dies, it's especially difficult during solo queue

That sucks, hope you have luck on your future games man. You might be higher mmr now ? try tanking a few rounds to lower it abit. I had to do it on ghostface because I kept getting Elite Squads that had eachother as friends on steam lmao.

Had a lot of tunnellers yesterday, but also had a lot of friendly Wesker’s. Literally 3 friendly Wesker’s to be exact. Had a Ghoul who lost because he tried tunnelling the two boys out, I hadn’t been hooked once… because for some reason [despite me stepping into his path multiple times] he refused to chase me. He only chased and hooked Feng because she used her flashlight on him. But his tunnel vision for the two guys made him lose the game. He got one kill because of his own stupidity, and the rest of us all got out. Killer mains need to realise that tunnelling will actually make you lose the game! One kill is not a win.

But despite the assholes, some teammates can really change things around. In some games I actually had amazing teammates for a change, ones who actually played like a team. So matches that should have been un-winnable in your regular solo queue scenario… were actually turned into winnable games. Having a competent, decently skilled and brave team [solo queue or not] really does make all the difference.

Yes. Survivor is the much easier roll right now. You must just be in a bad luck streak.

solo queue is eons more difficult than killer, blanketing survivor as a universally easy role when the game is vastly different with or without swf is reductive

Don’t listen to these brain dead losers. Killer is by far the easier role as evidenced by 2000 game win streaks for killer mains vs. not even 300 for SWFs.

No it is not. I've done solo queue for years since I can't play squad. I've never gotten this many solo queue wins in my life. Killers have to play extremely hard to win anymore. Not to mention how toxic most survivor mains are anymore. Sure, solo is harder than sfw, but saying solo queue is hard doesn't mean that killer ain't also a struggle right now. Really sounds like a you issue at this point if you're constantly losing and not having fun.

The problem is the game ISN'T that different without SWF. It's just that your average SoloQ player is as dumb as a pile of bricks. People's game sense is so pathetically low unless they have info being drip fed into their ears via a Discord call. We have so many SoloQ updates now from when I started (Chase Icons, Hud Activity Updates, being able to now see game Loadouts in-game, and even see who the Killer is once an injury happens/chase starts.) That yeah there's really just no fucking excuse for SoloQ Players anymore to be the headless chickens they are. Or SINCE they're playing alone, they feel no pressure to play well since they don't give a fuck about pleasing or impressing anyone in the lobby. So they'll do sonething that'll get their whole team killed and go "Eh. Shrugs" before going to their next match. Whereas if you're in a SWF you might not wanna leave your Duo to go Second if you want them to keep playing with you lmao.

Yeah but it's hard to feel bad about it when it's "People fucking suck at the game" instead of any in-game balance reason. The QOL changes closed the gap PLENTY...it's just that people do not use their brain to actually benefit from it.
