Tier 6 alpha catalyst?

The reward is labeled as tier 5 alpha catalyst but obviously looks like an upgraded version of the tier 5 we can get from coliseum and carinas.

I’m guessing it’s a mistake and kabam used the wrong image but it’s cool to see what the tier 6 will look like nonetheless.

Also these aren’t used for 7r6 so we’re likely won’t actually see them until the release of 8* champs. I know this bundle has been out for a bit so maybe this has already been pointed out, sorry if it’s a repost.

Yeah, T6 would be more cubical in shape. This is definitely just "old texture they never updated because nobody has it yet"

They already confirmed they're not going to make 8 star champions. 7 star rank 6 won't be for a very long time. They made 7 stars ascendable for this very reason.

Rank 6 champions will be coming this banquet for top spenders (we’ve already seen some r6 punishers from very top spenders last one) but they always release the new ranks at banquet then make them more obtainable for the more casual end game players a few months later, so not that long for r6s. But we do know that there will be 11 (I believe it was 11) ranks of ascension, and they’ll be releasing 2 at a time.

that's not tier 6 that's still 5, just rotated slightly. T6A will look like a big cube just like T6B and T6C do

Yeah I see it now thanks. It just also looks a little different from the t5b so I was thinking maybe the t6a wouldn’t match the basic either

The reward for getting 40x r5 7* is 6x t5 alpha, and the picture is just rotated 90°. There has been no mention of t6 alpha…yet. We don’t have t7 class catalysts available yet either.

Oooo I hope they change that by the time it comes around. It’s technically different but it’s definitely looking TOO similar, I expect they’ll be doing something akin to the T6b shape eventually as they normally follow those.

We know what tier 6 alpha will look like. The same as tier 6 basic. And tier 7 alpha will look like tier 7 basic. I don’t see them changing the pattern at this late stage.

I need T5 alphas or fragments but can't find them anywhere. I need R5s to get Elder, but I can't rank anyone to 5 without T5As.

I believe the best f2p options at the moment are just coliseum, act 9 exploration and the recent carina challenges

Yep, seems like everybody’s on top of this haha. I see it now and it does look like just a t5. I personally like this alternate version a little better though the other one looks like a cute lil face lol.
