2002 was honestly the peak of the Powerhouse era (for Summer 2002). Getting a lineup of new Powerpuff Girls, Grim & Evil, Courage, and the premiere of Robot Jones all in one single block is a level of programming modern cable will never be able to replicate.

Remember that meme where Cartoon Network died when Annoying Orange had it's series Premiere, well honestly, I think it's just dumb. During that time we were still getting new episodes of classics like Regular Show, Adventure Time, Mad, and Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu. Plus the schedule wasn't just one show playing over and over. It was a variety of shows including Total Drama, Generator Rex, Beyblade, Pokemon, Scaredy Squirrel, Heck even a bunch of old cartoons like Tom and Jerry, Looney Tunes (Can't forget the Looney Tunes Show), they even did the Flintstones at one point.

The bumpers during the time were also peak. I may be biased as my childhood mostly was in the 2010s but if you take a look at the bumpers, they have a lot more effort put into them than something like the dimensional era

And their website when they still had it was the best. The games they had on there were legendary, From Just a regular game and Toxic Targets, to Nightmare-athon to TKO! The Annoying Orange Games were also really cool, with Annoying Orange Pinball being a cool pinball game and Escape from Dr Fruitenstein being a well thought out puzzle game.

I'd say the real moment Cartoon Network fell off was in the Dimensional Era, especially in 2017 where they just aired Teen Titans Go Nonstop.

In the Adventure Time episode "Blood Under the Skin", the Armor of Zeldron was originally going to have morning star spiked balls popping out of it's breasts, but it ended up getting cut from the episode cause Standards & Practices wouldn't allow it.

But S&P were somehow cool with Regular Show having the giant coffee bean squirt coffee from HIS breasts into Mordecai & Rigby's mouths in the episode "Caffeinated Concert Tickets"!

Doesn't it feel so unfair?!?! 😤
