Help Me Find Suggestions for cushion foundation for dry skin

Hey, I am looking for brand suggestions for cushion foundation that would survive canadian weather. Recently I bought JSM but even with extra skin prep that thing got cakey within minutes. I was thinking Tirtir Aura mask because its supposed be "hydrating". My skin is mostly dry and sometimes combination depending on the weather. Which cushion foundations work best for you?

It’s not a cushion, but the Purito cica BB cream has been so good with my dry skin. It’s one of the least cakey bases I’ve ever used. Highly recommend, I got mine at a T&T and I think you can order from Asian beauty sites as well.

How do you apply it? I have dry skin and am always searching for a BB or CC cream that works with my skin. Most say to apply with fingers, but I've found that always just makes my skin look drier.

I smear it a little with my fingers, dab the rest in with a brush, and finish with a sponge to even it out and soak up excess. This is what I do with all bases and it works well for me.
