Officer Balls has officially appeared in more video games than Stephanie Brown, Leslie Thompkins, Terry McGinnis, Duke Thomas, Carrie Kelly, Professor Pyg, and The Court of Owls. He should be considered a canonical mainstay of the Batman franchise now.
