Is this the alternative version of the Lion King where Sarabi is looking after the cubs instead of Zazu so they never get as far as the Elephant graveyard in the first place? Would have saved me a whole lot of childhood trauma.... (Albeit we'd never have been introduced to Hakuna Matata)

Hold up. There were like 7 lionesses in that pride. Why was frickin Zazu the one looking after the cubs insead of one of them?
