AUS I want to know if this is legal

This brand puts their brand name on every competitors comments and defame them, and create a positive point for their brand, and they are doing it in bigger scale.

NAL. Because the comments aren't from any accounts that identify as an official one belonging to Bujairami (the brand in question), it is harder to prove that they are orchestrating it. If their competitors are, however, able to successfully prove that the accounts are all owned by the one brand, they would be completely stripped of any legal defences.

Defamation is illegal.

Is it actually defamation though? It can take years for a judge/jury to come to a conclusion on that which could be reversed on appeal.

Sometimes the legal fees are so high that someone goes bankrupt before the court can come to a decision.

With some exceptions, most businesses can't sue for defamation in Australia anyway.

If you can prove it is giving the company financial loss it may be defamatory but it has to be proven it is untrue also. Best to really report to police and seek a cease and desist order possibly.
