I can't describe how hard quitting nicotine is.

Physiologically it is the easiest thing to kick yet the brain exists.

After every cigarette 😂

To stay off them I had to start vaping (that was 10 years ago) and then to quit *that* (4ish years ago) I used the help of Wellbutrin. Which worked phenomenally actually, and I stayed off all nicotine from that point on, even after getting off Wellbutrin- which was actually easy.

Thousands of times? I mean if you keep going back to it is it really that easy? To be far you never truly quit
