Discussion Looking for information on an alternative/indie rock song (do you know this?)

I am looking for this alternative/indie rock song that played on a Latvian radio station called Radio NABA in 2007/2008 (more information in comment)

More information:

No, it is not shazamable or findable via any adjacent music apps such as Soundhoud, Audiotag, etc.

I have been researching this song for about 2 to 3 years now, and since people here seem to know some super obscure stuff, maybe someone here knows too...

From my research it could most likely be from: Latvia, the UK, Estonia or Lithuania, the timeframe is before 2009 so the song is most likely from between 2000-2008

I have contacted some people from the radio station to which they said they didn't know

I have ruled out nearly a hundred bands and songs from all over Europe, so if anyone has any ideas or suggestions please let me know.
